A new book to show adaptation has been released titled Every Summer After.
Amazon MGM studio released the show with an eight episode series streaming on Prime Video.
Sadie Soverall and Matt Cornett are the main actors in the show starring alongside Michael Bradway, Abigail Cowen, Aurora Perineau, and Joseph Chiu.
Soverall has worked on other projects such as Little Bone Lodge, Arcadian, The Gathering, and Saltburn.
Cornett is known for his work in High School Musical: The Series, Zombies 3, Bella and The Bulldogs, and Summer of 69.
The book had been released back in 2022 by Arthur Carley Fortune and is the first book in a four book series.
The other books in the series are Meet Me At The Lake, This Summer Will Be Different, and One Golden Summer.
The book was published by Carley Fortune in 2022, she also has two of her other books being adapted as well. Her book Meet Me At The Lake is becoming a Netflix movie and This Summer Will Be Different is becoming a series on Netflix.
WJPS 12th grader Dayana Marquez said “I read the book and I really liked it, I liked the plot and might even read it again before I watch the show.”
WJPS 12th grader Johanne Castrejon stated,“I just finished reading it, I thought it was a good book and I wish they would come out with more than one season, the third book was my favorite.”
