Love Island USA is back for its eighth season. It is streaming only on Peacock starting on June 2nd.
Hosted by Ariana Madix, Love Island is a reality dating show that takes place in a villa in Fiji.
Contestants come from more than 20 different countries including Australia and New Zealand.
The show selects five men and five women to see if any pair can become a couple. Then the bombshells enter. These are men or women who join in later on and try to break up and/or create new couples.
The winning couple is voted on by viewers and receives 100 thousand dollars.
WJPS 12th grader Eliza Hadzovic said, “I love Love Island. I can’t wait for the new season to come out and see who they bring to the villa! I’ve been watching the show since forever.”
WJPS 12th grader Hannah Rollins also said, “I’m so excited for Love Island season 8, I’ve been obsessed with the show since season 6. I can’t wait to meet the cast.”
