Popular fashion chain Forever 21 is filing a report for bankruptcy.
According to Bloomberg, due to the lack of in-store customers, the company established in 1984, has been in negotiations with a team of advisors for help in financing. However, it’s been reported that the possible allies have stalled to this point.
While some are unaffected by the sudden filing, many will lose an affordable chain to shop from.
WJPS junior, Melissa Bobea said, “Well, a lot of people are going to lose a place to go to for clothes that aren’t too pricey, and sometimes very decent. It’s very unexpected that they filed for bankruptcy because I thought they were doing so good.”
Some stores are still open, leaving the bankruptcy reports left to unfold.
