In Whitestone, Queens on Francis Lewis Boulevard, there is a pizzeria called Gigi’s. It serves New York style pizza, fresh pasta and fresh salads. 

From crispy specialty pies and creamy penne alla vodka to hearty chicken parmesan heroes, Gigi’s menu covers every Italian comfort food craving you could have.

The restaurant is true to Italian culture. The pasta sauce really brings out the flavor and attention to detail. 

The salad has a combination of all different types of vegetables and salad dressing which brings it all together. 

WJPS 11th grader Maxwell Sanz said, “Every time I have eaten at Gigi’s by myself or with my friends there was good service and always good food for affordable prices.”

WJPS 11th grader Evdoksia Livaditis said, “It’s been a minute since I’ve eaten at Gigi’s, but every time I went with my mom the food was always good and sitting down in the summer with a fresh slice is always the way to go.”

Hours for Gigi’s are Monday through Saturday from 11am to 9:30pm and on Sunday from 12pm to 8:30pm.
