Daredevil: Born Again returned for its second season on March 24th, almost a year after its season one release.

This show is the second series revolving around the masked vigilante, Daredevil. It continues a few years after where the 2015 production ended.

Here, Charlie Cox returns as Matt Murdock in order to fight against the corrupt Mayor, Wilson Fisk.

After the events of the first season, Fisk, seeking revenge on Daredevil, passes a law targeting any masked vigilantes in the city.

Murdock’s response to this is going underground to gather allies to fight against the Anti-Vigilante Task Force.

The first episode upon release, accumulated 8.4/10 stars on IMDb.

WJPS 12th grader Giselle Nunez recalled, “I watched Daredevil a few years ago and really liked it. As a Marvel fan, I think it’s really cool that they are highlighting other characters than the Avengers and I can’t wait to watch the new series.”

WJPS 11th grader Evdoksia Livaditis stated, “I’m not a huge Marvel fan, so originally I wasn’t going to watch the series. However, after seeing the trailers online I think I might check it out.”

Daredevil: Born Again is rated TV-MA for Violence and Gore, as well as Frightening and Intense Scenes.
