On April 3rd a new movie called The Drama will be released into theaters.

The movie is about a couple who have recently gotten engaged and shows the couple’s relationship after a truth has been revealed about something in the soon to be bride’s past.

The movie follows the couple to the week before their wedding on how this now known secret has changed everything in their relationship.

The Drama stars Zendaya and Robert Pattinson. Other actors who are also working on the film are Alana Haim, Zoe Winters, and Hailey Gates.

Zendaya has worked on multiple other productions like Euphoria, Challengers, Spider-Man Homecoming, Dune : Part One and Dune : Part Two.

Some of Robert Pattinson’s other projects are the Twilight Saga, Remember Me, Mickey 17, The Batman, and Die My Love.

This movie is being made by the studio A24 Films and is being directed by Kristoffer Borgli.

One of A24’s most recent films is Marty Supreme which won multiple awards this past award season.

WJPS 12th grader Eleni Tsiakas stated, “I’ve heard a few people talk about the movie before and it sounds really interesting, definitely thinking of checking it out once it releases.”

WJPS 12 grader Joseph Weir stated that “I’m very interested in The Drama, I’ve been a long fan of Robert Pattinson’s movies and am excited for the new film especially with his co-star Zendaya who has been starring in exceptional roles recently.”
