WJPS teacher Ms. Smith said, “I think there are plenty of benefits that can come from gaming, the drawback is linked to the number of sedentary hours people now spend on devices and have given negative impact on overall health and athletic abilities.”
WJPS teacher Ms. Mills said, “I believe video games played on consoles have a more positive effect on critical thinking skills. I also think playing online with others helps with socialization to an extent. I do not support gaming on iPads/tablets/Phones because they feel there are too many distractions with notification pop ups.”
