The start of the new year has brought a fresh start to many artists. Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Conan Gray, and many more have announced the release of new music. 

Gomez released an album titled “Rare.” According to Billboard, she previously stated, “This album is my diary from the past few years and I can’t wait for you to hear it.” Many fans are excited and supportive that she has finally released new music. 

Gray announced that he will be releasing an album on March 20th in which he hopes to give fans more insight on his life. The tracklist for this album can be found on Billboard’s website. 

WJPS 11th grader Mary Maier said, “I’m really excited to see what he comes out with. I already like what he has out so I’m happy he’s making more music.”  

Bieber also announced a new album, set to release on Valentine’s Day, a docuseries and a 2020 tour. 

WJPS Junior, Alina Dervisevic, said, “I honestly think it’s great that he’s planning to release new music, but I feel like it’s off timing because he is battling an illness and he doesn’t seem to have his heart in it. I know it stinks, but I feel like he should wait until he’s really ready.”
