Shooting Guard Khris Middleton has emerged as a top player on the resurging Milwaukee Bucks. Middleton is very versatile, as he can play both forward positions as well.
Middleton has had an impressive Week 15, it started against the Toronto Raptors. Middleton scored a season high 25 points, rebounds, and three steals and treys respectively.
Just when most owners thought Middleton cooled off in production, Middleton erupts with perhaps his best line of the season against the Los Angeles Lakers.. Middleton notched 21 points, seven rebounds, seven assists, three steals, a trey and above average shooting (7-13).
“I didn’t really take notice of Khris Middleton when I saw him play. However, he caught my attention in a major way when I looked at the box scores (stats after the game) when the game was over,” sophomore Mike Hua said.
What is impressive about Milwaukee as a team is the fact that there are a plethora of players capable of breaking out and becoming top stars in the NBA. Based off of Middleton’s impressive week, he is the primary player on the Bucks most fantasy owners need to own.
He’s constantly regarded as “Fantasy Royalty”, with great reason. He has great upside in several categories, and he is known to fill the stat sheet daily.
Middleton can certainly change the tide in a weekly matchup in terms of his great production, specifically in his steals, rebounds and treys.
“I’ve been shooting the ball well but it just comes from playing within the offense and letting my teammates find me. I’m not trying to be overly aggressive; I’m not trying to force things,” Middleton said.
Playoffs are in five weeks and Middleton has the potential to help owners position themselves in terms of seeding.
Middleton will most likely have another great week, benefitting the owners in need of his impressive fantasy value. Many players have been ramping up production as of late, making it fun to see which player will break out and be a must own player.
