Fortnite Battle Royale is one of the most prominent games, as of now.

It has introduced the new high stakes limited time getaway mode. It’s mainly played because of the prize you get for completing challenges. Fortnite Battle Royale is essentially a game where you have to loot up by obtaining shields, health and guns, then eventually fight enemies to be able to win.

It’s essentially a mode where there is a safe in an airdrop and you have to obtain the safe and bring it to a bus where you can win. The objective of the relatively new mode is to basically survive and kill other players in order to successfully bring the safe to the bus.

Another reason people most likely play, is considering if you complete specific challenges you’ll get a crowbar pickaxe. WJPS Junior Ryan Keane, said “I dislike the mode a lot, I think it’s somewhat popular because of the crowbar pickaxe you get. I only played it for the pickaxe if I’ll be honest.”

Overall, the new High Stakes getaway mode is decently popular, but in comparison to Fortnite Battle Royales other modes it isn’t as good. If you are someone who generally likes shooters and having a fun time, Fortnite Battle Royale is the ideal game.
