Senior dues for the class of 2023 are to be handed in before January 31, 2023. Seniors can pay with cash or pay online using TicketLeap.

The dues are $175 and include: cap and gown, graduation announcements and tickets, senior awards night, diploma cases, honor roll chords, senior breakfast, yearbook, and other graduation expenses. 

There are no refunds for the dues, and payment extensions can be made with WJPS Assistant Principal, Mr. Petrotta. If senior dues are not fully paid, students won’t be able to purchase tickets to the prom. 

Senior prom is not covered by the senior dues and is $130 per ticket at Crest Hollow Country Club. There are also no refunds available for prom due to the reservations made. 

Senior prom is an optional activity for seniors, so they can choose whether they want to attend or not. Prom will last for five hours, from 6pm to 11pm on June 6th. 

WJPS senior, Samantha Mong stated “I’m not surprised by this price, since I expected it to be around $200, and I’m glad that they told us early. So seniors can start earlier to save up their money.”

Another WJPS senior, Briana Pena, said “I think it feels a bit too much for seniors to pay that for senior dues, but it is expected.”
