Exorcist Believer

There is a new Exorcist movie out this year in theaters just in time for Halloween, The Exorcist Believer. Some local theaters that are playing this movie are AMC Fresh Meadows, Jamaica Multiplex Cinemas, Kew Gardens Cinemas, College Point Multiplex Cinemas, and Regal Atlas Park.

The Exorcist Believer was filmed in the USA and Dominican Republic. This new movie is about a father Victor Fielding, his daughter Angela, and her friend Katherine. 

Angela and Katherine start to show signs of getting possessed by demons, and unleash a chain of events that force Victor to confront the Nadir of Evil. He seeks out Chris MacNeil, the only person alive who’s witnessed anything like it before. 

The cast of the Exorcist Believer are Ellen Burstyn playing Chris MacNeil, Olivia O’Neill playing Katherine, Lidya Jewett playing Angela, E. J. Bonilla playing father, and Raphael Sbarge playing pastor.

WJPS teacher Mr. Thompson stated, “I don’t think there needs to be another Exorcist movie coming out, I don’t think i will be watching it, the first one was amazing and super scary.”

WJPS teacher Ms. Nora said, “I don’t think I am going to be watching the new Exorcist because the first one was a classic and it was so scary. I don’t think there is a need for another Exorcist, the first one did its job.”
