Apple has recently released a new Apple watch. The watch was released at the end of September in-store, but some customers were able to pre-order it ahead of time. 

The new features that Apple has come out with for this watch are double tapping your fingers to press on apps, answer, and hang up the phone. When there’s an alarm set on your watch you’re able to double tap as well.

The watch is also available with a new color, pink. 

The price for the regular Apple watch is $400. Meantime, the Apple watch stainless steel version sells for $699. 

According to Apple the two series 9 watch cases are waterproof and dustproof along with crack-resistant front crystal.

WJPS senior,  Nicholas Persaud said, “I think Apple products lack variation in general, and the new watch follows that trend of being very similar to its previous version.” 

According to WJPS senior Nathaniel Granger, “The Apple watch bands seem to be higher in quality.”
