The Apple Vision Pro is a mixed-reality headset with both virtual reality(VR) and augmented reality(AR) capabilities developed by Apple. It was announced at Apple’s seminar with pre-orders that began on January 19th. It became available for purchase on February 2nd, with a price tag of $3,500.
The Apple Vision Pro stands out from other VR headsets currently on the market due to a number of extra features. The quality is predicted to be significantly higher than other VR headsets.
One of the most notable features is that people will be able to mix the real world with the virtual world in seamless transition from digital pinned tasks in the virtual world to being able to pass through to the real world in the glasses.
The advanced tracking system of the Apple VR headset is another feature. It will enable users to be more immersed and be less derealized with it having over 10 cameras, all meant for different uses.
Additionally, it is anticipated that the only flaw is the lack of usage time with the battery life of only two hours and shortage of developers apps on the market for it.
WJPS 12th grader, Johan Lee said, “The Apple Vision doesn’t seem good with such a low battery time.”
WJPS 12th grader, Jacob Gerathy said, “I think Apple products are always nice to see with new products and not just a different phone but the price is very high.”
