Movie Prequel

Releasing on November 17th, 2023 by Lionsgate Studios. The Hunger Games movie; The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes is based off the prequel book from the Hunger Games series of the same name by Suzanne Collins.
The story is set 64 years before the first movie trilogy, and tells the story of the tenth hunger games featuring new characters and personalities.
The protagonist of this movie, Corialanus Snow, was the antagonist for the original movie trilogy and was known as President Snow. This time, we will see him in his high school years and know how and why he went down the path he did.
Some actors and actresses that will be appearing in this movie are: Rachel Zegler playing Lucy Gray Baird, Hunter Schafer playing Tigris Snow, Viola Davis as Dr. Volumnia Gaul and Tom Blyth playing the protagonist Corialanus Snow.
WJPS junior, Ishal Ahmad stated, “I’m familiar with the series, but I’m eager to see how this movie will turn out in terms of production and storytelling. “
Meanwhile, another WJPS junior, Aisha Ismail said, “I watched all of the previous Hunger Games movies, and read the books. So I’m hoping that the new movie does the book justice. “
