Capturing Paint

Please row me away in a little boat,

I’ll paint the stars for you.

I’ll outline the night, the moon, the sight

The oceans will sparkle too.

And when we go, please hold me tight,

I’ll color the light sky too.

Mixtures of gleaming blue and white,

My eyes will sparkle on you.

And when we dive, the waters will shine

Your colors are streaming bright.

The sea will sing, as the moon will bring

The light I see in you.

Please row me back home, and around dawn-

the sun will rise for you.

I’ll hold you tight, and paint the night-

Away from capturing you.
