WJPS has planned a Broadway trip to see Six the Musical at the Lena Horne Theater. The trip has been set for Monday, March 13th from 7:00pm to 8:30 pm. 

Tickets were only open to high school students and were based on first come first serve. The tickets were quickly sold out, but for the students who couldn’t get tickets there is still one more Broadway trip planned for the school year. 

Students attending the trip will arrive at the theater and WJPS assistant principal Mr. Petrotta said, “I will be standing under the awning in front of the theater. They find me and receive their ticket.” 

Students must pick up tickets 30 minutes before the show. Mr. Petrotta has been organizing Broadway trips since he was a teacher here in 2010.

WJPS junior, Katelyn Vigelleta said, “I am really excited for the Six trip. I am going with my friends and I think it will be a lot of fun. The only thing I am a bit upset about is that there is no bus or school way to get there. So we have to get there and back completely on our own.”

WJPS Junior, who isn’t attending the trip, Athena Eyzaguirre said, “I won’t be going because the time is inconvenient along with no transportation.”
