Future high school students had a chance to meet with some of the teachers at the school’s October high school open house.  Students had a chance to sit in different classes and learn about the Stem program, academics, and college readiness within the school. Each workshop lasted twenty minutes and the open house lasted two hours total.

“I had fun teaching future students about the school. I think hearing from students helped them decide if they wanted to go here for high school,” sophomore Brianna Pistone said.

During the open house, only three rooms were open to the students allowing them to see parts of the school. However, a full school tour was not offered. The open house was a success for students that were interested attending next year.

“I remember going to my first open house for the school and it helped me decide whether or not I wanted to go to the school,” freshmen Cody Chojar said.
