Donald Trump’s oldest sister, Maryanne Trump Barry, is currently under investigation.

She’s under investigation because the Trump family was accused of participating in tax schemes to maximize the Trump families inheritances during the 1990’s.

10 days after the investigation was announced, Maryanne retired from her job as a judge.

According to CNN, “ just 10 days after court officials notified complainants that the matter was ‘receiving the full attention’ of a judicial conduct council.”

Maryanne Trump Barry has been an inactive judge for over two years. She is now fully retired from her job.

Barry retired from her job because that was the only way to end the investigation.

As stated in the article, “Once a judge steps down — or, as in the case of Brett Kavanaugh, elevated to the Supreme Court — judicial authorities maintain they lack the jurisdiction to continue their investigations.”

“There was no fraud or tax evasion by anyone. The facts upon which the Times bases its false allegations are extremely inaccurate,” stated Trump’s attorney, Charles Harder. Harder denies the Trump siblings involvement in tax fraud that they are being blamed for.

“Donald Trump has been allegedly under investigation for quite some time, and honestly I

think it’s because many of the Democratic Party members, and numerous members of our society do not value his presidency, and notice his contributions to this country. As well as the other investigations, this seems to be no different,” said Junior Yamani Thomas.
