Every year, high school students look forward to an extra break within the school year. During the last week of January, students had 11 days off due to regents week.

“It was effective for me because I was able to catch up on my sleep and netflix,” senior Quincy Tunstall said.

Students who were not required to take the regents were able to take a week and a half off and others who had to take the regents were to come in on the days that they had to retake regents such as English, US History, Living Environment, and Algebra.

“It wasn’t a good week for me because I had to come in to take four regents,” junior Dominick Zuzio said.
