After Field Day on Wednesday, October 19, everyone gathered in the auditorium as Ms. Schneider made her resignation announcement. She will be a deputy superintendent.
“Ms. Schneider, taking the next step in her career is inspiring and something to look up to,” senior Adriana Loh said.
Her resignation is the next step in her career before retiring. It is a chance to move up. Always think about what the next step is; think ahead.
“It’s fantastic for Ms. Schneider because she’s off doing bigger and better things, but for me it’s the worst day of life because I was very close to her,” secretary Ms. Pepe said.
Ms. Schneider will be leaving once a replacement for her is found. It is unsure when that will be.
“I will miss the kids and the staff. This is like my family,” principal Ms. Schneider said.
A message Ms. Schneider wants to leave behind is to always work hard. Don’t be satisfied because there’s always more to do.
