Chelsea fc terrible season finally came to a close as their chances of getting any type of hardware this season went from slim to none.
It all started with Jose Mourinho also known as “the chosen one” leading the blues to the worst start in Chelsea history. It was only but a couple months ago when the team was just celebrating their win in premier league. But things soon changed for the champions. The losses began to pile up and they were looking for someone to put the blame on.
Mourinho was the scapegoat and was soon sacked and replaced by Gus Hiddink. Things seemed to brighten up, when the team didn’t face a lose for seven games, but once again things changed. It is now almost the end of the season with only a few games left. The blues were torn up by the power french giants, Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions league. While also losing to Everton fc 2-0 in the FA cup, now the blues are at the bottom of the table in 10th place, making it statistically impossible for them to reach the top four. Meaning, they won’t be playing in next year’s Champions league.
“I think Jose Mourinho is a terrible coach, and shouldn’t deserve the recantation he gets. He was a terrible coach during his time in Real Madrid. It’s still a surprise to see him fall so low. I don’t think Chelsea will be a top contender in any league for any time soon,” Senior Jonah Sampedro said.
Chelsea Fc seems like they will be facing a very hard road ahead, as it is likely that things won’t be clearing up in their future any time soon due to the heavy speculations of the their top players such as Eden Hazard and Oscar dos Santos leaving this summer. Not much the fans can do but, just wait and see what happens in the summer transfer window.
