As the year is coming to an end, the senior committee is getting busy to get all the informations out to the seniors of any upcoming events and the dues to pay for their senior trip, prom, and hoodie and t-shirts.
“I have not received any informations on the senior dues and I hope they make more announcements” senior Brigitte Rugel said.
Some of the students were not informed to pay the dues, and have not paid the dues yet. According to the flyer that was distributed to the senior, senior dues, $200 were collected starting on October 16, 2013.
For the dues that were paid by or before December 18 will be reduced by $20.00. The dues that are paid after March 28, 2014, a late fee of $20.00 will be assessed.
Prom is planned to be held place at the Crest Hollow Country Club and the senior trip will be held place at the Hudson Valley Resort. Students cannot attend prom if they do not pay the senior dues.
T-shirt design for the seniors have been decided and senior hoodie design is being decided soon.
“The senior committees meet every friday at lunch discussing about the senior trip, and other upcoming events for the seniors,” advisor of the senior committee Mrs. Muenkwitz said.
Senior dues cover many of the senior expenses; yearbook, cap/gown, graduation announcement tickets, senior awards, senior gifts, diploma cases, honor cords and medals, senior breakfast, commencement barbeque, and other graduation expenses. The flyer can be found here.
“Our committee is planning to get everyone together and to have fun” president of the senior committee, Rita Cinquemani said.
