Seniors will be going to Six Flags Great Adventure for Senior Nite to celebrate the end of the year. Since the first idea for the senior trip didn’t work out, students and teachers decided to come up with a new plan.

Students will leave school on Friday, June 3rd at 2:30pm and will return at 3:00am on Saturday. When students arrive to the park it will be open for everyone and at 9pm the senior festivities will begin, ending at 1am. The event will include rides, dj’s, a chaperone hospitality area, an all you can eat dinner buffet and more.

“I’m disappointed that we’re going to Six Flags while other schools are going to Hawaii and Disney World but I guess it’s better than nothing,” senior Jorge Durazno said.

Money for the trip is due by the end of March and only the first 50 seniors to pay will be able to go because the bus only fits 50 people. Students attending the trip can wear anything they want as long as it’s appropriate. The rest of the seniors are expected to come to school with uniform like any other normal school day. The cost of the trip is $95.00 and will include transportation and an open dinner buffet.

“I think it’s going to be awesome” senior committee advisor Mr. Gardner said
