This year’s Emmys took place recently, broadcasted live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on FOX.

It was the 71st Primetime Emmy Awards and honored the best in U.S. prime-time television programming, as chosen by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

There are many awards that are given during the Emmys. This year, for example, Game of Thrones won Outstanding Drama Series. From my standpoint, I didn’t think Game Of Thrones deserved the award this year because of their poorly made season finale.

There were many awards given to several supporting actors, such as Patricia Arquette as Dee Dee Blanchard in The Act on Hulu and Jharrel Jerome as Korey Wise in When They See Us on Netflix.

I believe those awards were very much deserved, because they took on such serious and hard characters and portrayed them so well.

This year’s Emmy Awards were very underwhelming and, frankly, I think last year’s Emmy Awards were much better. This year’s Emmys didn’t even have a host, and the overall production was horrible.

Additionally, last year’s show had more actors and many more awards given out. The only good part about that event were the speeches. It was the best part and it made the Emmys great.
