While high school students are stressing about regents, Advanced Placement [AP] students have the AP test to worry about also. While they’ve been prepping for the test all year, the tests are fast-approaching.
“All AP students have received a letter, and it is only open to AP students. There is a deadline on April 22nd, if it is a late, there will be an extra fee,” Assistant principal, Mr. Jurman said.
Each test is $92.00. The importance of the test is stressed, as addressed on the letter distributed. If an AP student is not to take the test, the class will not be administered as an AP class on the student’s transcript. If the test is paid for and the student does not show up to take it, there will be an additional fee of $13.00 administered.
