Netflix is coming out with Fuller House, a spin off of the original show Full House. The original theme song “Everywhere You Look” was sung by Jesse Frederick. Recently announced on twitter Carly Rae Jepsen told her fellow fans that she will be singing the theme song on the spin off show.
“I have mixed feelings about the spin off because on one hand, it can be really great and bring back some memories but on the other hand it could ruin the original show and it won’t be the same without all the original cast members.I’m excited to hear the new theme song, I hope it’s just like the original one but with Carly Rae Jepsen singing it. I hope nothing major changes from the old theme song to the new one, because the original song is what made the show so i hope they keep it the same in the spin off since most of the old cast members are going to be in the spin off,” junior Amanda Goldberg said.
Jepsen told her fellow fans that the theme song won’t be able to be heard until February 26th when “Fuller House” airs on Netflix. Jepsen told fellow people on twitter that she can’t wait for everyone to hear it.
Many people can’t wait for this new spin off because of how big of a hit the original Full House was when it aired from September 22, 1987 to May 23, 1995. Many are upset that not all the cast members from the original show are going to be returning to the new one.
“Fuller House will be cool to watch, I’m looking forward to see where everyone is in there life right now and see everyone grown up. I feel like it will be incomplete if not all of the cast members are gonna be in it because since Michelle was a little girl back in Full House we missed her teen years and on Full House we saw DJ and Stephanie so I feel like she changed the most and we won’t get to see how she turned out, it would be nice if they stuck with the old theme song because it brought that family feeling and it made the show unique,”senior Tiffany Bacchus said.
Many can’t wait for the new spin off to air on Netflix, so they can see all the original cast members grown up and many are interested in hearing what the new theme song is going to sound like.
