A new restaurant is opening up here in Queens, New York. It is a Mexican-styled restaurant chain called Guac Time, consisting of foods like bowls, burritos, tacos and more.
It will be opening up either late 2024 or early 2025 on 25th Avenue and Parsons Boulevard. The sign is already up and they are only organizing the interior decor.
Guac Time is most known for their guacamole. They serve as an occasion to make, share, and taste guacamole in different forms.
Some participants adhere to traditional recipes, while others explore variations by adding ingredients like peppers, garlic, or fruit.
WJPS 12th grader Preston Ng said, “I ate at the restaurant when I was in another city. I can’t wait to eat at this Guac Time and I hope it is as good as the last time I had it. The burritos are amazing.”
WJPS ninth grader Kennedy Ng said, “I ate at this restaurant with my brother. It was so yummy. It was one of the best burritos I have ever had and I’m so happy it’s opening up close by.”
