As we get closer to November, that means that 11th and 12th graders alike are going to be able to take their Scholastic Aptitude Test, commonly known as the SAT.
Weeks before the test, teachers have been encouraging students to retake their SATs multiple times; they also encourage their students to study for it due to it being a “core” of your road to college.
For the upcoming SATs you are allowed to take it wherever you want, as long as it is an educational zone like a school, you are also allowed to take it in whatever state you want as long as you signed up for it prior, on the College Board website, which is collegeboard.org.
If you didn’t sign up for this November’s SAT, there will be another one on December 7th.
WJPS 12th Grader Preston Ng stated that, “I am currently signed up for the October 5th SAT and I’m trying to cram in as much studying as I can.”
WJPS 12th Grader Jane Castrejon Santana stated that, “I am taking it in October as a retake, to try and get the best grade possible before I have to put in my college applications.”
