Marvel’s superhero, Iron Fist, finally has light shining on him. He is getting his own TV series on Netflix.
Actor Finn Jones, from the TV show, Game Of Thrones is being casted as Iron Fist. This will take part in the other miniseries on Netflix to complete The Defenders squad story. This includes Daredevil, Jessica Jones, and Luke Cage. This idea was inspired by Netflix’s greatness with series, and Marvel’s original content.
“I’m so excited. It’s the best thing that’s happening to Marvel. A whole new universe is opening up, and there will be more exposure to Asian-American culture,” junior Jeremy Mosesson said.
Not many details have been released, but it will most likely be based off of the comic series. The series is said to launch sometime in 2016.
