Mr. Robert Nisonoff received the 2016 CEC Distinguished Teacher Award. This occurred in the school auditorium yesterday, on June 1st.
“I was flattered and honored that my administration and colleges thought I deserved the award and my family was there to make it,” award winner Mr. Nisonoff said.
This award was presented by the District 25 CEC committee. But not only did Mr. Nisonoff receive an award, so did three of our middle school students. Julian Lopez, Mary Maier and Christopher Minca were honored for their service to the school.
“Mr. Nisonoff is a true marine, always willing to give of himself to help others at any capacity and any time. We should all model himself after his practices,” assistant principal Mrs. Poulos said.
