Gymshark is now open at Roosevelt Field Mall.

The store sells gym apparel for both men and women along with accessories including water bottles, hats, and towels.

Some gym apparel offered are leggings, shorts, hoodies, joggers, and zip ups.

There have been pop up stores located in Manhattan, but the opening in Garden City is the first in the area that isn’t just temporary.

According to the Gymshark website, the opening at Roosevelt Field will act as a blueprint for more stores in the United States opening in the future.

This is the first permanent store to open in the United States, as there have been stores in Dubai, Manchester, and Amsterdam.

WJPS 12th grader Brianna LiMandri said, “I’m really excited that it opened, I shop there online all the time, so for it to now be at a mall near me is nice.”

WJPS 12th grader Sofia Cangialosi said, “I love the brand, it’s a comfortable brand to wear to the gym so it’s good news because it provides a closer location to shop at.”
