Apple Airpods have a new feature that will translate different languages in real time.
Last month, Apple released the new Airpods Pro 3 with the new feature. The new feature is called live translation that can translate many different languages in real time.
For the price of $250, each person can be able to talk to each other. Each person would both need to have compatible Airpods with an Apple Intelligence enabled iPhone 15 or higher also with IOS 26 or higher operating system.
This feature also works with Airpods Pro 2 and the Airpods 4 ANC (active noise cancellation) with an update.
As for use in the classroom, WJPS substitute teacher Ms. Katswis said, “I think it would be very helpful.”
Michael Mass from Communications Audio Visual said, “It would be helpful in a lot of situations, but it can misunderstand what a person is saying.”
