The 2025 NFL Draft is behind us as the event took place in Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin at the end of April.
As the 32 teams drafted new players out of college to potentially better the team as a whole here’s just some of the new rookies you can soon see on your tv screen.
The New York Giants had the third pick this year in the draft and selected Abdul Carter, a defensive end out of Penn State.
They would then later trade up to get the 25th pick in the draft after trading with the Houston Texans and with that pick they would acquire Jaxson Dart, a quarterback from The University of Mississippi.
The New York Jets selected Armand Membou, an offensive tackle from University of Missouri with their seventh pick.
WJPS 10th grader Andrew Piedra stated, “The New York Giants had a great draft, bettering their offense and defense with the talents of Jaxson Dart and Abdul Carter.”
WJPS 11th grader Jack Annibale stated, “With the new rookies now on their teams it’ll be interesting to see how the season unfolds.”
