Spring testing is here at WJPS, including AP exams and Regents.
AP tests are online via the Bluebook app. Students sign into the app using their College Board accounts.
While AP Pre-Calculus is taken online, multiple-choice questions will be documented in a bubble sheet, and short responses must be done in a packet.
Regents are still paper-based, with Earth Science including a lab portion taken on a different day.
12th graders will take AP Environmental Science and AP Computer Science Principles.
Some 11th graders will take the Spanish and Physics Regents, along with the AP Language and Composition, and AP Precalculus tests.
10th graders will take the English, World History, Chemistry, and Algebra 2 Regents, with some also taking the AP World History and AP Seminar tests.
Ninth graders will be taking the Geometry and Earth Science Regents.
Eighth graders will take the Living Environment and Algebra 1 Regents.
WJPS 10th grader Natalie DeRosa said, “I’m kind of nervous since it’s my first time taking AP tests, but I feel ready for it.”
WJPS 10th grader Marina Melissinos said, “Spring testing isn’t too bad, but I feel there are ways we could have prepared more for it.”
