Pop artist, The Weeknd, also known as Abel Makkonen Tesfaye has announced that he will officially going on tour.
The 35-year-old Canadian singer will only be touring in The United States.
Some of these shows will be having collaborations with artists like Playboi Carti and Mike Dean.
These will be pop up shows, the only known shows that Playboi Carti will be showing up to for sure are the ones taking place in New Jersey’s Metlife Stadium on June 5th-7th.
The first concert of the tour will start on May 9th in Phoenix, Arizona and the last show will be on September 3rd in San Antonio,Texas. This is expected, if no dates are added to the list or are changed.
WJPS teacher, Mrs. Papazoglou said, “He’s a little controversial in my opinion.”
WJPS seventh grader, Anna Savvs said, “He’s a very good artist, his music is very good, and I always have his songs in my playlists.”
