The upcoming horror movie 28 Years Later is set to release on June 20th. This is the third film in the series which follows 28 Days Later, released in 2002, and 28 Weeks Later, released in 2007.
It is directed by Danny Boyle and written by Danny Boyle and Alex Garland. This movie stars Cillian Murphy, Jodie Comer, Ralph Fiennes, Erin Kellyman, Edvin Ryding, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Jack O’Connell. Filming is in Cheddar Gorge, England and Somerset, England.
According to imdb.com, “It’s been about three decades since the violent virus escaped a biological weapons laboratory and they are still in quarantine. A group of survivors lives on a small island connected to the mainland by a single heavily defended causeway.”
WJPS 12th grader Lidia Kralijic said, “I think the trailer for this movie is going to have many people interested. The clips shown and the scary imagery is going to grab the attention of many viewers. I believe many people are going to be watching this movie when it comes out.”
WJPS 12th grader Liliah Freeman said, “During my time watching the trailer it made me want to watch it when it comes to theaters.”
