GTA6 will be released globally, 12 years after the previous installation’s release. The game is expected to be published within the latter half of 2025. This will be the eighth mainline GTA game released by Rockstar Games.
On initial release, the game will be only available to console players. It will be circulated to other devices at a later date.
The location of GTA6 will be Vice City which is derived from Miami, Florida within the fictional state of “Leonida.”
Lucia is the name of one of two protagonists in GTA6. Lucia is the first female protagonist character within a GTA game. She is observed in the trailer raiding a store with her partner in crime, Jason. Jason is Lucia’s boyfriend, and is the second protagonist of the game. These characters are implied to be the “Bonnie and Clyde” of this fictional world.

WJPS 11th grader Landon Thai stated, “I absolutely love playing GTA online with my friends, and I’m excited for GTA6 online.”
