The new Club Studio Fitness is expected to open at the end of 2025 at the Bay Terrace Shopping Center in Bayside.
As well as the gym, new restaurants are also said to open.
The area which the Fitness Studio is set to be is currently under construction. The building will include two floors.
Memberships at the gym usually start around $189 to $199 per month, depending on the location.
The studio includes fitness, wellness, and personal training.
The studio is expected to include weights, cardio, a lap pool, functional training, and a basketball court.
Since many stores in the shopping mall have closed down, citizens of the area are happy to hear that it’s slowly being brought back. WJPS 11th grader Panagiota Sfeliniotis said, “I like seeing Bay Terrace come back to life slowly.”
WJPS 11th grader Eleni Tsiakas stated, “Bay Terrace used to have so many stores and shops but ever since they closed it hasn’t been as fun to go to. Now with these new openings it would.”
