Some remember snow days as a young kid being able to stay home. There was no school, no teachers, and no homework. Imagine all of those factors turned into a game where you can relive those moments of your childhood.
With the impending release of South Park: Snow Day, the cartoon comedy South Park is set to bring its mix of mischief and fun to the gaming industry once more.
The game, which was developed by Question LLC and published by THQ Nordic and South Park Digital Studios, aims to fully submerge players in the town’s environment. The game takes players on an adventure full of jokes and surprises, set during a chaotic snow day.
Fans will likely see Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny, as well as other characters again as they make the most of their unplanned day off from school. Players will travel through a variety of tasks and interactions, each filled with the humor and irony that are used in the show from building snowmen to having snowball fights.
Enemies like Mr. Garrison, Randy Marsh, and the Towelie lurking in the snow covered terrain will be faced by players. In order to overcome obstacles and win, players have to use their brains and skill, whether they are up against snowplows or a group of raging Yetis.
Grab your snow boots, bundle up, and get ready to take on the snow day adventure as the game is available now.
WJPS 11th grader Lidia Kraljic shared, “I would purchase Snow Day when it comes out since I’ve watched every episode of South Park and it’s one of my favorite shows.”
WJPS 11th grader Ryan Read stated, “I would want to purchase this game because I have played The Stick of Truth. This new game is multiplayer and that’s a feature that wasn’t a part of the last game.”
