The fast-growing technology of artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing a number of industries. Specially, within the hardware, electronic components are known as semiconductors.
They are essential to the development of artificial intelligence, power computers, and other gadgets because they supply the processing power and memory required to run AI algorithms.
As a result of businesses like Boeing, Microsoft, and Nvidia, the US and Vietnam have invested billions of dollars in trade and collaboration in an effort to counter China’s expanding supremacy.
President Joe Biden recognized the proposal to strengthen collaboration in fields like cloud computing, semiconductors, and artificial intelligence while in a meeting at Hanoi for a two-day visit to honor the formally enhanced status of the nations’ relations.
Monday’s Vietnam-US Innovation and Investment Summit were attended by senior executives from Google, Intel, Amkor, Marvell, GlobalFoundries, and Boeing.
The advanced technology was presided over by President Joe Biden, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Vietnam’s Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, and Minister of Investment Nguyen Chi Dung.
WJPS senior, Johan Lee said, “The US deal with Vietnam will be pivotal moment in history because it increases production of semiconductor and other pieces of technology that is very important to all electronics like computers and phones.”
WJPS senior, Andrew Selvaratnum said, “I think it’s cool that we are trying to keep empowering AI and working with other countries to do it.”
