For the past few weeks, the Starbucks on Francis Lewis Boulevard has restricted dining in for all students due to misbehavior and disturbance caused.
Starbucks now limits every customer from staying in after purchasing any store items from two pm through five pm.
Joshua Hernandez, a Starbucks employee, stated, “Kids crowd up after school and are always loud and cause fights, so we had to restrict them from staying in.”
Darin Schachter, a WJPS sophomore, stated, “I usually wait inside Starbucks for my ride to pick me up, but I can’t anymore.”
This can be a concern for many students due to the weather conditions, as well as the lack of seating as students await.
