As the school year ends, students at WJPS are ready to dive into summer vacation.
After a long school year filled with productive work and rising early, students leave that behind and prepare to have the most fun this upcoming vacation.
With the last few weeks of school left, seniors at WJPS are eager to graduate and move on to the next chapter of their lives.
WJPS senior Alvin Zeng said, “I’m upset that this school year is ending, and I’ll miss all my friends. For this summer, I plan on staying home playing [TFT] and practicing my coding. I’ll try to go outside and touch some grass for once.”
While seniors end their high education this year, other students at WJPS return this next upcoming school year.
WJPS junior Claudio Corte said, “I’m looking forward to this upcoming vacation because I’m traveling to Ecuador, and I’ll have a part-time job this summer. I’m excited I’ll be a senior next year. I’ll be less stressed.”
Summer vacation is always something to look forward to as school is out and allows students to have time for themselves, like getting jobs or even picking up a new hobby.
