As the school year is coming to an end, the next few months of school is the final stretch. So, to honor a few students with a senior spotlight in their last year in high school, a senior at WJPS, Jenny Kuo, would like to share tips on working out.
“I would say always try to test your limits because our bodies are stronger than you think, and consistency is the key,” said Jenny Kuo.
Working out comes with many benefits like weight management, improved sleep, being healthier, or just staying fit. Whether going to the gym or working out at home, staying consistent is essential.
To stay consistent, many people have different motivations to keep them going, but it may not be as easy as Jenny makes it look.
To help stay consistent, she said, “My motivation is that I want to keep myself healthy and look good.”
This can be among the many reasons someone would want to work out, but each person is different, so they need to find what works best for them.
