Ever since the start of the school year the building WiFi has been getting worse, especially in particular rooms.
When classes need to do an activity online, they are being delayed because the Internet won’t work.
Some students don’t have their own laptop or iPad to use when there is an online activity on Google Classroom or somewhere else and that is why there are laptop carts.
However, the laptops don’t have good WiFi and no matter how many times you refresh it doesn’t work.
In some cases the WiFi is so bad you have to write the answer in your notebook and can’t join the Peardeck, Google Slide or whatever.
Nobody wants to be left out. I know I don’t.
WJPS sixth grader Caylee Cuocolo said, “The school WiFi is most of the time slow.”
WJPS sixth grader Audrey Oh said, “The Internet isn’t so great, but it’s ok.”
So, all I am asking is to get better WiFi or at least better data in rooms.
