Computers have been around since the 19th century. From being used in workspaces to our own homes the increase of computers continues to rise, so do the rise of ipads.
iPads haven’t been around for as long as computers. Many iPad companies have been increasingly improving their technology. Adding things such as keyboards, bluetooth pencils and many other things to make iPads more flexible.
That being said, computers are also upgrading their technology. Computer companies are adding items such as touch screens, foldable and even fingerprinted computers. These factors of both technologies can be very helpful when trying to decide which one is best fit for you and your lifestyle.
WJPS senior Nicole Freyeisen said, “I’ve always been computer savvy. I grew up with laptops and my dad works with technology as well so I’ve learned how to work around them.”
WJPS teacher Ms. Kontos said, “ I feel more comfortable using computers than anything. I’ve been using them for so long that it feels odd not to use a computer for work and such.”
Overall, computers are more beneficial than iPads due to their technology constantly changing to fit a person’s needs and wants, in the end.
