The Holidays are here and with that comes gifts. There are a variety of things people get for holidays and one of these things are video games.
A lot of video game themed things are given as gifts such as PCs, consoles, and the actual games. One console that many people have their eyes on is the Playstation 5 Aka PS5.
The PS5 has been out for a little over a year and it’s been hard for many people to get their hands on one.
WJPS senior, Andrea Santoro, stated, “ As someone who last year struggled to get a PS5 before the holidays, I understand how people may feel about it when they are trying to get one. It is very stressful and I hope that stores can fix this issue.”
Playstation has also teased new colors for the console.
A multitude of new games have also been released this and last month for the holiday season.
These games included Halo: Infinite, Guardians of the galaxy, Call of Duty: Vanguard, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy– The Definitive Edition , Battlefield 2042 , and Jurassic World Evolution 2.
Another WJPS senior, Sayed Shah, said “ I think all the games would make good gift,s but personally I don’t like this year’s games. This year’s new releases feel rushed and seem like a cash grab.”
