Recently, Apple live-streamed its annual event showcasing the latest Apple products. The new iPhone lineup consists of the iPhone 13, 13 Mini, 13 Pro, and finally the 13 Pro Max.
The entire lineup boasts the all-new A15 processing chip that fits more information than last year’s chip in a 20% smaller space. The new chip is more power-efficient and allows for faster charging and a longer-lasting battery.
They all sport an OLED screen instead of an LCD allowing brightness to reach over 800 nits. The Pro and Pro Max screens glide at a whopping 120HZ compared to last year’s 64HZ models.
The 13 and 13 Mini have a dual camera ⎯ a megapixel ultrawide and a standard wide camera. The Pro and Pro Max have the same camera set up with the addition of a telephoto lens.
Despite all the interior changes, the design and body stayed relatively similar to last year’s iPhone 12. The new colors, Sierra Blue and Pink have been long-awaited by many since renderings of the model were released.
Daniela Santamaria, a senior at WJPS said, “I’m glad Apple is finally listening to their consumer base and adding pink like people have been asking for.”
