There has been a second confirmed case of COVID-19 on the Adrien Block campus for the 2021-2022 school year.
All students and staff in the affected room(s) have been notified and are in quarantine, while parents and guardians of the entire school community were notified by email.
WJPS Principal Dr. Werner stated that, “As a campus with three schools, a confirmed case letter goes out to all of the school communities. The school with the confirmed case would take care of identifying close contacts and, if necessary, partially closing a class. So far, none of the cases have involved WJPS staff or students.”
Random selected testing is being conducted within the building.
