As the 2021-2022 school year has turned to 100% in-person learning, people from all over the world are finding a new way to celebrate this holiday amidst the pandemic while keeping a safe, social distance.
People prepare for smaller gatherings and a different approach in celebrating all sorts of things. Halloween is no exception, as wearing masks has become the new norm.
Many believe going virtual is the most effective way to handle the safety guidelines while also having fun at the same time.
“I would do things virtually since it allows us to be more flexible with whatever we do and may bring us more success in the long run because of more time,” said WJPS Senior, Alvin Zeng.
“I feel a lot safer wearing masks during the Halloween season concerning the safety of me and those around,” said WJPS Senior, Jenny Kuo.
